OK for the price
It's ok, seems lower quality than other filters I have used.

Not the same as OEM
The bars are sturdy and fit the factory rails OK. However, the OEM bars have brackets with tabs that fit into the holes on the underside of the rails, and hold the bars in place. The brackets on these bars do not have those tabs, and thus slip no matter how tight.
