  Will buy from this seller again. Seller was great to work with. Got a product that had some slight issues in performance but the seller was able to offer me refund on that no questions asked. Since the value of the product is less than shipping I offered to pay for the product back but the seller refused saying it’s not worth paying for a not working product.

  When ordered,it was mailed to the wrong address which the seller corrected immediately. The package was intercepted and seller was gracious enough to offer me a partial refund which was very nice. My only gripe would be that it was described as new/open box however none of the accessories were included. It was just the box, the ear buds and charging case. No ear pads with the different sizes, no charging cable, etc...great communication from seller but would have liked to have known that detail.
