Complete guide for baby food ingredient selection & prep!
Originally got this book from the library and loved it so much I had to buy it! Good information about different types of fruits/veggies/grains with how to choose, store, and prepare. Also has nice suggestions for food combinations, and how to "age up" different foods. The recipes for older babies look so good my husband and I are excited to try them!
