100% polyester fabric, no cotton at all like in the description. polyester=very hot to wear Construction seems solid. A size 14 can wear a 2xl very easily; an xl is likely to work too.

The reusable bag to end all bags

This bag is fabulous! I've filled one with 7 two liter bottles of soda before and carried it around; no bowing, the stitches held up fabulously. That's a stunning amount of weight! The fold down cardboard bottom is a great design. I've used one for three years now and it still looks new; no fraying.
