Description said the doll includes "Accessories, Doll, Flower Wand, Bracelet, Flower Charm". Bracelet & charm were not in the box. Contacted the seller twice. The first time, they said to return it for a refund. I'd already given the doll as a gift, so couldn't do that. We didn't know anything was missing until we opened the box! Too late to return now. Contacted again to request partial refund for missing items. My last message to them was 12 days ago. Still no reply. Won't trust seller again!
