Great picture, HDR, Works with G-SYNC, HDR good but could be better
I am happy with the monitor. Photos, movies, games all look gorgeous. Works fine with NVIDIA G-SYNC over DisplayPort cable (unit only comes with HDMI cable).
Very good HDR, except dark scene local dimming issues.
There are 16 local dimming zones, from edges.
Specs available on LG's *business* site.
Why not 5 stars overall?
Poor dark scene local dimming (excess flickering, tested on 20+ movies, lost immersion at times).
Only one custom profile. No ability to edit settings in a stock mode and save as custom.
In 'HDR Effect' mode only (SDR mode): Oversaturation, particularly reds.
Uses PWM - this doesn't bother me but just putting it out there.
