good holistic answer to digestive problems
I have used slippery elm for years for upset stomach to replace nexium and the like. it does sooth the digestive tract pretty quick, but if you take too many it can cause loose bowels.. lol. love this herb. good subsitute for prilosec and nexium

Great Instant Coffee
The taste is smooth and slightly sweet with creamer, coffee mixed together. I have tried many instant coffees and this is the best one. Better than the name brands here in the US, and i have tried them all. Very enthusiastic on this Korean brand. Top notch, great flavor and just the right amount of mix of sweetness, coffee and creamer..
