I could not get the unit to connect to my Router. I called the 800 number for the help desk.
The people on the other end were impossible to understand their English was so poor.
They did not know anything about the TRENDnet unit and had to continually contact someone
higher up to get answers to any questions I asked. They then gave me a series of commands
to type into my computer which was connected to my Router to try and get it to connect with the TRENDnet. The commands ended up removing the username and password from my router and reset it back to the factory setting. The TRENDnet system still did not hook up and I now had a Router with it user name and password removed. I requested that they connect me to the person higher up who know something about what had been done. They proceeded to tell me that could not be done and would have them call me back within the hour.. I ended up calling my Router's Manufacturing and spent and Hour on the phone with them to get my router working correctly again. I never did get a call back fro TRENDnet customer service. They id email the next day and say we forgot to call you OOPS! STAY AWAY FROM THEM
