Got EXTREMELY Lucky!!!
The Ballast DID NOT work. It only turned light on if lights were shut off. The Light would go out when you turn the switch on. It made it run backwards for who knows why. BUT.....This item also came with a wire so after We researched and realized the ballast was junk we put the original one in with the new wire and it worked!! So in the end the price was worth it but anyone who actually needs a ballast this isnt the right choice.
