Hidden problems

Seems well made and inexpensive. But doesn't work on iMac/Sierra, or PC/Win10 platforms; not plug and play as advertised. Can't find online drivers that work. Web experts say online solution often don't work some include malware. Supplier is responsive to my requests for help, but not helpful. Is it incompatibility of N64 with new OSs'?
