1 of 1 found this helpful This watch is a lume monster the dial is easily comparable to any Seiko in my collection and even better in some ways great value for the money about 1/2 the price I paid for my sinn 104 and it is not 1/2 the watch both have 200m water resistance anti-reflective coating on the underside of the crystals are well made watches and have selita movements the one in my watch is running +5 sec a day witch is really good the glycine also has drilled lugs witch is an advantage imo for easy strap changes but will not be coming off the strap any time soon as it is a very nice NATO with reinforced stitching around the adjustment holes for long term durability and matching pvd hardware the watch has a very tactical with the 24hr format of course I love the airman for the military background and 24hr gmt function locking bezel crown witch is a hallmark of the watch and very useful the only negative is I wish it had the eta 2893 the selita performs just as well and you can find them in watches that cost double the price it's just the eta is getting harder to find and everyone wants them also the movement is not plated black it's just the exhibition window is tinted

Underrated
This watch is an iconic design the case features lugs with a sharp brake from the side of the case flank with clean and crisp transisions from brushed to polished it is also thin and comfortable for a 46mm and wheres well the chrystal is a nice dome sapphire with inner anti reflective coating the dial has nice crisp printing in a silver semi metallic color and the date window is large and unique to the 46mm version the hands have a nice bevel and the diamon like shape is echoed on the indices counter balance of the seconds hand and gmt hand the lume is also good the strap is nice and has a feature that I have only seen on this watch where the secondary floating keeper is tapered to match the strap I got this watch and an oris aquis at the same time this watch is a much better value and underrated
