I was happy to find this used part, because it is no longer available from the manufacturer. I installed the part and it's working perfectly.

For Dodge Grand Caravan 2006-2010 Dorman - HELP Oil Dipstick

Poor Dorman product

As other reviewers stated, the dipstick was too long by over an inch. I swapped the handle to the original dipstick by knocking out the roll pin that attaches the handle to the stick. I checked Dorman's web site and they do list this part for my application, so it is not the fault of the seller that the part is of poor quality. The stick seemed flimsy, so I measured the thickness of the steel, and found that the original stick was .034", while the Dorman part was only .029", about 15 percent thinner metal. Once I put the handle on the original stick it worked fine. If you are not comfortable with swapping handles, buy the original equipment part.
