This item is necessary to easily connect a PS2 device like a keyboard or a mouse to USB. A regular adapter will NOT do it. This item also deals wit the voltage. It can do both the keyboard and the pointing device. It solved a major headache for me.

Problematic

It isn't clear if this device will actually work with a cable VOIP phone system such as that provided by COMCAST. It records my half of the conversation but I cannot get it to record the party I'm calling half. So, that makes the device ineffective unless that situation can be resolved. I'm working with tech staff to see if it can be resolved so that both sides of the conversation actually get recorded. By the way, it did record my part to my MP3 player.

I recently purchased a box of these bulbs for use in the light beneath my microwave oven. The deal was too good to pass up. As I needed to replace a bulb, they arrived just in time. I put a new bulb in..no problems... working just fine. I was used to paying 3 or more times for a single bulb than I paid for one of these bulbs. NO MORE! :) :)
