Great Support!
3 of 4 found this helpful The battery works fine but it doesn't mate to the charger or tool well at all. It's difficult to remove, to get both sides of the latch to click free (I often ask my wife to help - it's easier with two.)
The support by " storm_2018" is exceptional! They proactively contacted me, and sent a replacement battery.
