NOT for normal or dry skin
If you have very little oil, even using this once a month could tear up your face like it did mine. I used a small pin head amount and gently massaged it on my face and washed it off. I broke out horribly the next day and had rough patches of skin. I thought it was a fluke occurance so I tried it again 3 weeks later and same thing. My sister used it, who has oily skin, and it didn't produce the same reaction. So, if you don't have many skin problems or if you don't produce much oil, stick with your regular face wash.
