One of the best expansion packs for TS3
3 of 3 found this helpful In my opinion, this is one of the best expansion packs, although my style of game play often focuses on careers and increasing certain skills. Although, I could go without the social networking skill, which is a bit annoying. I have yet to make a plantsim, but look forward to doing so. This expansion pack also adds to the adult lifespan by giving various benefits to attending college (career progression, more time to accumulate skills, meeting new sims). If you're really into the gardening or cooking skill, this is probably one of the best EP's for you since the new "herbs" and coffee beans really add a new dimension to those skills.

These Expansions are great!
The sims 3 into the future EP is very interesting as far as new skills and influencing the "future". The only thing is that I wish it had an option to permanently stay in the future and I also wish it were easier to add missing places (such as schools, firehouses, etc.). The sims 3 island paradise is WONDERFUL.... BUT! This EP (or more specifically the new island town) causes major lag to the point of not being able to play the new town, although I have yet to try various user made fixes to this problem, such as a "fixed" town since apparently this lag is due to the designer's faulty placement of walls and/or objects.
