Jammed cartridge
Upon receiving this printer I found that although packaged very well, the printer came with no power cord. This was not an issue since I was replacing the same model of printer and used my old cord. (Other printers on eBay admitted there was no power cord) once turned on the cartridge was jammed and I couldn’t undo it. Worthless. Watched video
To unjam cartridge and it worked. So now it’s ok I guess. Print quality’s just so so.
