Amazing
I can't say enough good things about the TI-Nspire CAS. I also have the newer model (the CX CAS) with the backlit color display, and though I do prefer the key layout and slightly prettier graphics of the newer one, its built-in lithium ion battery died on me recently, so I went back to the non-CX model with the non-backlit LCD display and replaceable batteries. I find this model to be more reliable, because the batteries last MUCH longer (due probably to the old-fashioned, low-power display), and there is no need to buy an expensive replacement battery / perform open heart surgery on it when the batteries die, as is the case with the CX model.
This thing is top-of-the-line... Automated equation solving; Take derivatives and integrals instantly; matrix math; 3D graphing; a built-in programming interface... These things saved my ass in engineering school. If I could only own one calculator, this would be it.
