Cheap, chinese junk.

Is is a very complete kit, but the device interface is very confusing, and difficult to navigate. Length measurements are not accurate. Manual is small and incomplete. Card inside indicates that you can only reject the device if you have not opened the package; Nice. So I can only assume the package is complete and not even read the card. . . I may return it. Just not sure . . .
