Garmin Lithium Ion Battery Pack f/Rino 520 & 530

Won't Charge.

Bought this as a replacement battery for a Rino 520. Also purchased a charger assembly for my vehicle. I already own a wall charger. This battery will not charge. It attaches to the Rino, the red LED lights up when connected to either charger; but always shows 0% and will not actually charge.
