Similar feel and protection to a good mobile phone screen protector
It's the only screen protector for the XPS that's worth getting - I got one from amazon before it restricted overseas orders, and since then I've tried several others (due to difficulty of sourcing this product locally) - now I just import these when needed, as there's really no comparable alternatives. For the 'laptop' XPS 15 it's not so important, but for the XPS 9575 (the 2-in-1) it's a must-have: the type of use means that falls and scratches are a genuine danger, and all the other protectors are either flimsy 'privacy protectors' with minimal actual protection, or aren't really suitable for stylus use.
This provides a similar type & quality of protection as what you can get for mobile phones. It's frustrating that there's so many good protectors for mobiles and even large screen Apple products, yet so few of the companies make ones for the excellent Dell series - this is the only one I've found (after MUCH searching) that provides an equivalent quality of feel and protection.
