Looks OEM and even the wiring
You have to figure out the wiring, but this looks to be almost the same as OEM. I couldn't tell.

Like pour water from a spout, but more water saving
2 modes: extreme water saving and power spray. It makes water feel more wet than a cheap painful spray. The spray is soft in low mode. In high mode, it still saves water, but rinses hair quickly. Best head I ever had.

All Xb's should have this.
Easy, just make sure you have the drill bit before you start. Do not just 3M it- it will fall off. Add some coolness to the Xb, the original box soon to become a collectors item.
