Try small amount first because a solid minority of people can't eat this.
It's clearly well made and tastes good, but I'm one of the many people who just can't eat it. It's a huge bummer because it's cost-effective and convenient.
But I get crazy bloating and stomach discomfort for many hours if I even have just one scoop. Most people are fine after some adjustment. But if you suspect you have any issues with ingesting large amounts of soy, figure out how to buy a smaller amount to test before getting this.
