Good product, horrid interface.
Very ugly and clunky user interface. Looks like it is left over from 1998. Easy set up to your computer. The network is one link then another is the cloud storage. I don't see why they set it up like that. They need to just have one network link like Netgear does. When you delete something, it doesnt go away you need to re delete it in the "Trashbox" folder. I was going to use this as my primary back up drive but since the interface is difficult to get around in, I am just going to use it as a temp. drive.
