Pretty good, but not perfect.
Want your phone to charge fast? Plug it in.
Want charging your phone to be a tiny bit more convenient? Get yourself a Qi charging pad.
I only have experience with this charger in conjunction with a Galaxy S6, but from that I can say you need to be a lot more precise with placement than I would like.
That said, I own two of these chargers now. I'd recommend them.

Don't buy the cheap ones
This is the second time I've had to replace this switch in my 97 GSF-1200S. The first time I bought the cheapest one on ebay. 2 years later, and I already had to buy another.
The quality simply feels better in the hand. Smoother action too, although all I have to compare it to is the broken old one.
It's unfortunate that I won't be able to find out how long the new one lasts, because I sold the bike. 😢

All features not available on all devices.
I was only able to get it to work as a headset on my Galaxy S6. It only works as a mouse on a Surface 3.
