Ok
Product is ok, The only thing that drives me nuts is that you cannot make the ice while it brews because the shape and there is no holder for it.

Most difficult thing to use.
4 of 17 found this helpful I bought this thinking it would be easy to use. I have searched high and low for ways to use it. The only thing I ever get is for the old Model. Every recipe is for frozen
food. I like to thaw and then cook. It is extremely hard to find proper cooking instructions for this thing.
