Spectrum S1100 Smart Charger
I’ve only had this charger for two weeks. And I’ve only used it with Spektrum Smart batteries. But in that regard it is truly “plug and play.” And rated at 100w it recharges my used batteries in under 20 minutes each, which works for me. A second charging port would be great, but at over $70 more for the next model up, I’m very happy with just the one port.

Bravo6 Vietnam Military Figures
If you model Vietnam Era then you probably have discovered Bravo6 figures. Like Alpine figures for World War II modelers, Bravo6 are of the same high quality and realistic poses. Being a Vietnam Era veteran I appreciate that the range includes figures not ALL wearing flak vests. Most Nam vets I know tell me their flak vests were too hot and heavy to wear except when the treat level was high. Since I do diorama of the timeframe, but NOT in Vietnam, I use them to depict scenes that I experienced in other theaters of action. Either way, the sculpting is meticulous and once painted, the results are amazing. You'll never look at another Tamiya figure again. Yes, they are more expensive than Tamiya or Verlinden, but in my opinion they are well worth the added cost. I'm sold!

A Must Have Upgrade for Rustler
2 of 2 found this helpful I recently started using a 3s 11.1v LiPo battery in my Traxxas Rustler. Talk about fast! But I noticed that the stock Traxxas slipper clutch was not up to the extra power. It overheated badly - even melting the clutch cover. I upgraded to the Hot Racing Super Duty Slipper Clutch and problem solved. My Rustler is now even faster without overheating the clutch. I'd recommend this product to anyone who wants to use an 11.1v LiPo setup and get max performance.
