Total Misrepresentatiom
0 of 1 found this helpful Represented that changing the battery was of medium difficulty and should take 10-15 minutes with the tools they provided. Gave up after trying 1 1/2 hours. When enquired they sent me website that shows achieving the battery change with a razor knife kit that looked dangerous and expensive to buy this kit. So I will have it changed professionally.
