Excellent units after a minor repair.

I purchased 4 of these units used off of eBay. When they arrived I found the expected bad batteries from normal use. Three out of the four had anything from display problems to not working while on battery. What I found inside of three of the units was a obviously bad capacitor. The capacitor cost was $2.84, a little bit of soldering, and about a half hour disassembly/assembly and I have four working units instead of one. I'm a fan of APC UPS's and have used them for years both at home and at my place of work. They have proven to be very reliable. I like these primarily because of the load capacity and the LCD display. The display provides a lot of useful information. The bar graphs on the older models were helpful but didn't quite provide the information I was looking for. The cooling fans being on when on battery is a concern but I'm hoping their small size will mean that they won't be a major draw on the batteries. So far these units are excellent and I'm glad I purchased them. The 4 rating is only because of the defective capacitor which is an easy fix.

Great Quality Product

These hinges seem to be of the same quality or better than the OEM hinges that they are replacing. I've had them installed since the day that they arrived and haven't had even a hint of a problem.
