Spyderco S110V

These knives are some of the best knives that I have owned. They open and close one-handed with the "compression lock" (similar to a liner-lock, but on the back side) which keeps your fingers out of the closing path when disengaging. The S110v is very premium. It has some Tungsten to form Tungsten carbide, which are insane for wear resistance. It has high Chromium which makes it "stainless". The sharpness out-of-the-box was meh. After sharpening, though, it would cut "S" cuts in paper as well as push-cut as well as draw-cut. I sliced up a bunch of cardboard and it remained ShArP! Much easier than carrying multiple knives to get the job done, and get it done well! If you want, you can buy 3 lesser knives and switch out when they successively get dull, or buy just one and cut with confidence.
