Stop being cheap! Just buy a new igniter switch.

I kept cleaning up the old one with a de-greaser until it finally failed. Then I got tired of using a lighter. So finally broke down and bought a new Igniter switch. Works as it should. I also made a plastic cover to fit over the 4 valve stems to minimize grease getting down into the switches, which gums them up.
