Does what it says on the "box".
I was looking to put a aftermarket stereo, amp and sub in my 2007 Mazda CX7 (with Bose system) and this worked like a charm. The instructions were clear too.
Small downside (no fault of this hardware) is that the Bose system doesnt utilize the Front and Rear outputs in the same manor as an aftermarket stereo so I only have Front with an Alpine head unit.
