    Cpkphil I purchased the lock set. The seller communicates quickly. The next day he communicated. He apologized that when he went to send the item to me he noticed parts missing. This is good service Buy double checking the order before sending the item. Then he searched for 2 hours that day, and the next. Apologized and return the money right away with another apology. I explained I was helping someone replacing her lock he responded with answers to help me out. taking pictures to help as well
