Another super great Will Trent novel

If it's written by Karin Slaughter, it just has to be a must-read. This book fills in some of the early history re Sara and Grant County. I "discovered" Karin due to the TV series (that I also think is great), but the books, as usual, are far better.

Fast paced and well-written

This is a Will Trent novel, and that's all that needs to be said. We all know Will be be OK in the end, but we have no idea as to how it will be accomplished. Unexpected snags are everywhere.

Another great (#4) Grant County for your library

Great book, like all of hers that I've read (15) so far. Her books are dark, with women usually as victims. Unfortunately, this is also true in real life.
