Wish I had'nt bought it
I followed the instruction's but could not get it to work with my present receiver.

dont buy a Baumatic kitchen hood
I bought the kitchen hood to replace one that had broken.
The new hood was delivered on the 9th june.
It was installed on the 10th june, we were very impressed by its appearace and operation.
Sunday 11th june it stopped working halfway through cooking a meal. The light still worked but the fan didnt.
On Monday 12th june I phoned the supplier, they told me to contact the Manufacturer, I did this the same day.
They said they would send a engineer out on the 15th June.
After waiting in all day the Engineer failed to arrive.
I had to go away for a few days so was unable to contact the manufactures untill 27th june.
They couldnt understand why their didnt arrive on the 15th, but would arrange another for the 5th july,
The Engineer did arrive, he took a look at the Extractor hood and said he had to order some spare parts, they should take about 3 days to arrive, Today is the 10th July, I am still waiting.
