work as great thermometers - not so good as intelligent sensors
3 of 4 found this helpful While they do what they do accurately, they do not work together at all. All they can do is be set to a schedule in my thermostat as to when to be the sensor that takes priority. so the system will heat/cool to that sensor's temp the rest are ignored. I had mine set to use the sensor where I watch TV in the evenings. The rest of the house gets a bit warm as the TV is in my family room in the basement. If I do not watch TV, I am either very hot or I must interface with the thermostat to change the settings. There should be a "hey you are not here" mode built into the sensor and Nest should intelligently use the sensor where I am without me needing to do anything.
