did nothing for me
I've been using one brand of probiotics for quite some time and when I ran out I decided to try something new. the brand I normally use keeps my face clear and I feel good about taking it . I thought since blue biotics had so many more live cultures that these would be just as good but I was wrong they have done nothing to help my face clear up at all . I have also tried a Walmart brand which also did nothing so I have resorted to buying another more expensive bottle of probiotics that I have always taken and they are going to be my only brand to use

Not worth it
Very small, you can't tell from pictures. Big enough to mix about 2 cups max of ur batter,, may hold more but not while mixng it up.
