Keyboard Error.
1 of 1 found this helpful Excellent all in one, one HUGE common issue is that after 6 weeks the BIOS chip fries, you will get a keyboard error and the PC will not recognize either a keyboard or a mouse, you will contact Acer support who's call center seems to be some refugee camp in Somalia, keep on plodding away and 20 days later Acer will send UPS to collect the PC and it will require parts to repair then wait another 4 weeks to get it back again, its a common problem with this PC which Acer are clearly aware of.
