  Initially I could not get my motherboard to do anything with this CPU, it would not power up other than 1 fan turning on. After closely inspecting the chip I found several blotches of thermal paste on the contact pads that was affecting the CPU. After cleaning the contact pads with isopropyl alcohol I was able to get my motherboard to power on and it’s been great so far. The value seems fair and the condition seemed great. I do wish the sell would have cleaned the underside of the CPU.
