Sent bent!
It was not straight, when I installed it the bent part rubbed against the pad, the caliper could not be adjusted to give sufficient braking power without significant rubbing. I would have to say this rotor was damaged or defective. BTW, I am a bike mechanic, so I know what I'm talking about.
