When I contacted this hatchery they explained to me that the mail carriers aren't gentle with the box and this can cause the embryos to die before they reach the incubator. They offered to send me another batch of hatching eggs for free. I decided on chicks this time so they gave me a 50% discount on my order of 7 chicks! Country Egg hatchery was prompt in responding to my concerns and were very professional. Thank you for the excellent service!!

USPS damaged the box by crushing one corner halfway down the box itself so I'm hoping the eggs are still viable. I've had prior dealings with this farm & they were 100% positive in courtesy, friendliness & happy to answer all questions. The last set of eggs we purchased hatched 5 out of 6 so we were extremely pleased!

I ended up getting only 1 single hatchling though, but better than none. I think if I would have asked to put my ph number on box to pick up at post office it may have been better..would have not been jostled around on a rural rt. Next time��

The air cells are detached, so they will need to incubate upright, but that is NOT the sellers fault. They were each individually wrapped, bubble wrap carton and bubble wrap stuffed in the box.

I even candled them looking for hairline cracks and there wasn't any at all. The eggs were packaged extremely well with LOTS of bubble wrap and the box had fragile live eggs stickers on it. I'm very impressed and happy with this purchase. I definitely recommend this seller!

All eggs arrived without any visible cracks. Can’t wait to incubate! Fingers crossed for good hatch rate��. Oh, and seller also included an extra egg!
