Utter piece of cr*p part that does not fit
This part WILL NOT FIT your Ford Galaxy, Seat Alhambra or VW Sharan. The part is not the one depicted in the photo. The part instead has a metal band towards one end of the heater matrix which prevents the heater matrix from slotting into the bay where it should slot in neatly. I had to buy the Genuine part from the dealer for £300.
There's no way you can make this part fit without snipping away the plastic surround in the car but why would you want to cause damage to your car for what will end up as essentially a bodgem job? If you take it to a mechanic, the mechanic will not be able to fit it. Trust me. Or learn the hard way. Your choice.
I didn't want to spend £300 on a genuine heater matrix but like me you won't have a choice so don't waste your time or money of this piece of cr*p that doesn't fit. I can't understand why it's sold if it doesn't fit. I ended up having to return it.

Extremely poor quality product. Plastic cradle bends out of shape way too easily when screwing cartridge into diverter valve.
Extremely poor quality product. Plastic cradle bent out of shape way too easily when screwing cartridge when screwed inside diverter valve. Cannot recommend this product at all. Have learnt a valuable lesson about buying non-genuine parts for boilers. Buy a genuine Baxi diverter valve cartridge that comes with a metal body rather than this cheap and nasty third rate cartridge that substitutes plastic for most of the metal of the original version.
