  Seller didn’t ship the order via Royal Mail 48hr tracking as advertised and sent the item to the wrong address. As a result I was unable to determine where the item was. Raised this with the seller and they were not willing to offer a full refund, only 50% for mistakes that I did not make. Eventually this was settled with EBay.

  It would have helped if the actual size of the roller was stated...........I hadnt realised how large it was and the seller had printed no returns....................seeing it I knew immediately (box covers can be deceiving) it would not work. The seller, having stated "no returns" would not accept my return.............they were stuck and now I am with an item I can not use.
