  Very happy with my purchase!! Came exactly as described, and seller was super nice and had great communication. Unfortunately a bit of the Vox stand did come broken off (and I had to superglue it on), but I can't really blame the seller cuz the packaging was very secure and well-protected. Shipping was quick, but just make sure to pay attention to if the item is pre-order! But even the pre-order I got was shipped out MUCH earlier than the estimated delivery time given to me by the seller 3

  Beautiful pin, the pictures didn't do its justice. It was much bigger than I expected which I love, as well as the super pretty shimmer that the picture doesn't quite show. The seller was really quick to respond when I was having issues with shipping on another order with them. All in all, great item, respectable and trustworthy seller, and great price for the pin. I'm happy to add it to my collection and ita bag!

  Sent a photo of the item when requested and sent another photo including all of my shipping/tracking before shipping it out. Item didn't arrive because it was lost by customs, but the seller tried their best to communicate with logistics as much as they could. Eventually it wasn't found but the seller gave me a full refund for both the item and the extra shipping fee I paid (express shipping) even though they were only compensated half of the funds by logistics. Good seller, quick communication.

  My partner ordered me a Genshin Aranara for my birthday and it just arrived today! I love it!! It’s adorable and arrived in official packaging with lots of bubble wrap to keep it protected during shipping. Seller was very kind and provided us with a tracking number a day after ordering. Delivery was a little over 2 weeks (earlier than the estimated time). We will definitely be ordering from here again, she’s so cute! We’re very happy with the service & quality, thank you!
