Help!
I had one, the one driving wheel stopped working, I tried to repair without success, so I purchased this one, it gets stuck under the kitchen chairs and goes in circles, the other one did not. This one will not go anywhere except the tiny hallway (about 3’ x 4’ space) between living room and bedroom. I use remote to send it home and it doesn’t respond. I’m upset because I really liked the first one, only had it for a year, didn’t realize I could send back...I still have it.
