Boost Energy
2 of 2 found this helpful I take 2 a day for work since I work for 12 hours a day, and barely get any sleep. Haven't had much anxiety lately. It also helps with my depression because I used to not want to do anything; just lay in bed like a potato
Edit: So this product is great, but it messes with my menstrual cycle when taking 2 pills a day (because I see good results, such as it boosts my energy and doesn't make me feel so depeessed). Period started 1 week late; very light bleeding the first 4 days (which isn't normal cause my period will be heavy first 4 days; light last 3 days); regular bleeding for next 5 days. Been on my period for 2 weeks straight, and the bleeding is getting heavier. I had to stop taking these pills to see if my cycle will stop, which it did. I now take 1 a day (which doesn't have much results as taking 2).

Bass Sound
