  Not that valued a customer if the bearings collapsed after less than 180 miles and you have no interest in finding out why or compensating for loss. I did offer to return what was left of the bearings to you for investigation but you chose to cut all communication. Shocking after sales service. I guess its a case of 'Buyer beware!'. Lesson learnt.

  Not the most straightforward of transactions (seller insisted on cash only, some items pictured not included) but we managed to get there in the end. Good seller overall, took care to ensure that I was happy with the item and was willing to let me walk away if not. Piano is great, and the kids loved their Christmas surprise - many thanks!
