  The item certainly was not new as described. Please see enclosed photos of item and packaging. I’m lucky it arrived in one piece. The auction ended on 9/14 at 9:28 a.m. I received a message at 9:31 a.m. wanting to know when to expect payment. I messaged back at approx. 1:25 p.m. and told seller I sent it at 1:15 p.m. I was told he would ship it tomorrow .The next day 9/15 I received a message from seller that there was trouble with package & label, he would send the next day.
