Falls apart
The item shown & the one received don't resemble one another apart from being black! the more you try & get it to look the part or even remotely like the picture it falls apart. Perhaps it's a one-off bad one or perhaps that's just the way it is I cant say, what is clear is the picture that sells it to you is not the experience I trusted would result from this purchase. Thank you very much for the prompt & reliable service, that needs to be commended.
