I explained to the Company, and they agreed to a full refund. Excellent response. I cannot speak too highly of their understanding.

RM ? courier? not exactly brilliant, Maybe a missed line of my address didn't help! Apart from the 2 week delivery, everything else was fine. Just one of those things, the company has excellent feedback.

THEN REPEATEDLY REFUSES POINT-BLANK TO NAME THE COURIER AND PROVIDE THE TRACKING NUMBER - WHICH PROVES THAT IT WAS NEVER SENT, OR EVEN EXISTED. Vague evasions that 'It might have been sent RM Untracked' don't cut any ice - if it had, how could it have been reported 'lost'..? A seller with dubious ethical standards.

Excellent product and price, easy to fit and program.
Excellent product. Buy with confidence. I bought 2 installed easy and programmed both at the same time. Saved a small fortune.

Works perfectly and great price
Fitted easily and works a treat just in time for the heatwave. Temperature was all over the place in the car until we fitted this. Works perfectly now.

Great product and price
Light weight but does all you need and more, comes with all you need to do general maintenance around the house. Spirit level is very handy. Great product.
